Sinds kort ga ik naar de sportschool daarvoor trainde ik thuis. Maar het lijkt wel of de gewichten in de sportschool veel lichter zijn dan dat ze thuis waren? Vroeg me dus af of de gewichten op machines in LBS of in KG zijn. ( staat er niet bij bij mijn sportschool en de hoofdtrainer wist het ook niet)
