Exactly 10 weeks out from MuscleMania in Paris. My first competition, (the same for my fellow athletes Nickolas Richard and Stephen Harrison)
Already feeling nervous but I think that is normal. With the support I get from Musculi I will be just fine.
My nutrition and training is pretty basic at the moment. My nutrition consists of chicken and all kinds of vegetables.
Working on my weakpoints will be my main objective, to bring a full package on stage.
My weakpoints are : Biceps , shoulders and my upperchest.
So I switch up my biceps routine every training and doing a lot of incline excersises.
Today is a friday so tommorow is a weekend. In the weekends it’s harder to keep up with nutrition. But I will be fine.
Weighting 109 kg at the moment. With the height of 1m93.
